Speaking a dialect of Chinese (Cantonese), Raymond has made a large portfolio of Asian clients and has well established himself within the Asian community here in NY and overseas. With a large presence of overseas Asian buyers hitting the Manhattan real estate market, his experience and understanding of the culture, has made him the broker of choice among the Asian society.

Born and raised in the New York City area, Raymond studied Computer Science at Rutgers University. After working in various technical sales positions, he decided to move his drive and determination towards the real estate market of Manhattan. Raymond is a true jack of all trades. This former Track & Field star these days splits his time between playing Ultimate Frisbee, Chess and Competitive Volleyball tournaments.
